  • Site digging  in accordance with the engineering plans.

  • On slopped yards,  a pool retaining wall is required, which is constructed at this stage of the project.

The duration of the digging stage may vary depending on the topography of the site

Rebar Set Up

The steel is installed according to engineering plans, reinforcing the pool shell and protecting it against cracks and defects.

As rebar installation supports better performance of concrete under conditions of lateral and horizontal tension, torsion and compression.

A steel rebar framework is composed of a vertical and horizontal series of steel bars that add strength to your pool.

Rebar and Gunite

Gunite Application

The purpose of this process is to mix the dry gunite or prepare the shotcrete mix, which is pre-mixed, wet concrete. A high-pressure nozzle is used to spray concrete onto the rebar. Structures like steps and Cabo shelves are manually added by contractors.

After the pool shell has been formed, it is left to cure for a few days. For the next seven to ten days, the shell will need to be watered.

A concrete pool's curing process is crucial to ensuring proper bonding.
